1914 Mayday celebration: Ethel Ladle, queen; Oliver Taylor, archbishop. Escorts were Leon Willie, John Hughes, Lynn Longstroth, Edgar Hancock, and Jess Walker. Attendants were may Baker, Dottie Hill, Olive Sorensen, and marvel Hancock Bartlett. Information found in "In the Shade of the Mountains: Histories of Mendon and Petersboro", page 366. (Book says 1912, but backside says 1914).
