Letter from Frank Clark to Forest Service, November 16, 1923 describing Frank Clark's sheep casualties and losses for the summer of 1923. Letter also mentions other range problems such as overgrazing and "pocket squirrels." Clark also mentions killing a bear on August 28, 1923, which is most likely a reference to Old Ephraim.
