Title

South portion of Ka Sin's front room, May 17, 2015 (2 of 2)

Description

You can see in this photograph the south portion of Ka Sin's front room. It is furnished with two tables and a couple chairs (you can also see part of the sofa on the west side of the room). There is a Television, DVD and VHS player, a Nintendo 64, Video games and DVDs, the complete set of Harry Potter books (Zat No's), board games, some sweets in a box, a backpack, a computer with webcam (a feature in every Burmese Muslim home, likely for communication with relatives and friends, etc., and a face clock and a framed image )perhaps religious) above the face clock. There are two windows in the front room, thus there is more light in the room. There are potted plants. There are also a couple potted plants on this side of the room. This comes close to looking like a ""typical"" American home.
