Mr. Lund, a thoughtful, far-sighted man of keep observation, anticipating the needs of our future great commonwealth, and guided by the example of many of the older states, prepared the bill creating the Agricultural College of Utah, introduced it into the Legislature, and watched it carefully, until it was passed and signed by the Governor.
