Title

Bondholder Protective Committee Letter to Champ, 1940

Description

In 1940, the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad Company was purchased and reincorporated as the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad Corporation. As a result of the reincorporation, bondholders received a portion of their bond deposits and were also able to convert their bonds into the new stock of the corporation. This November 18, 1940 letter to Frederick Champ from the U.I.C.'s Bondholder Protective Committee is to inform Champ of his portion and new stock ownership potential.
