Description

This circular, titled "Loss and Damage Bulletin No. 2" and sent from R.A. Cox on March 6, 1931, outlines the total of the claims filed for the month of February, 1931. Cox, the superintendent of the division, asks that employees work to lower the number of claims and pay special attention to new shipments of baby chicks.
