Three pages of a survey report created by J.G. Gwyn on behalf of the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad. Gwyn was hired by the U.I.C. to survey a potential railroad route from Brigham City, through Kelton Pass, to Gooding, Idaho. These pages represent the potential income of building such a rail line and Gwyn's personal recommendation to the U.I.C. on the next step they should take in the process.
