Consolidated Theatre Co. (Capitol Theatre) Order Form from Lovinger Disinfectant Co., 1928

An order form from the Capitol Theatre's Assistant Manager (referred to simply as "J.") in Logan, Utah for cleaning supplies from Lovinger Disinfectant Co. in Salt Lake City. This order form was submitted on May 21, 1928. The U.I.C. would play a role in delivering both the order form to the company in Salt Lake and the supplies to the theatre in Logan.
