According to other research done (KJZZ14, "Slide Show: 104 old photos show unique history of Logan, Utah") the caption says "Roy Cardon sits on his 1908 'Pathfinder.' Roy's car was one of the first in Logan." The Cardon family appears in Logan history and other photograph collections held at Utah State University.
