Dr. Héctor Mendiola talks about his life and family in Mexico, medical studies, his work as a physician and teacher, his move to Utah in 1993, his current job, and work at Logan High School and his participation as a leader in the Utah State University Cooperative Extension Program for the Latino Communities. Note: Dr. Mendiola’s daughter Yolanda Mendiola Bates’ was also interviewed for this project.]
