Mrs. Noemí Sabillón talks about her childhood in Honduras working at her parent’s store, going away to boarding school, her studies at university in Honduras and at Utah State University where she received two master’s degrees: soil science and agricultural engineering and a PhD in irrigation engineering; her work and her life in Cache Valley. She also talks about her 28 years of happy marriage with Germán Sabillón, her four children, her concerns about immigration and the importance of hard work.
