Description

Architectural drawing of Old Main building at Utah State University, 1889. Drawing by Salt Lake architect C.L. Thompson for "College Building", eventually known as Old Main. From this plan, the south wing was built in 1889 and opened for classes on Sept. 5, 1890. Plan modified in 1892 to greatly enlarge center section. Thompson plan would have centered tower due east of Fifth North St. Size of drawing: 8 x 10 in.
