Would you like to know what an alternative food market is, and what alternative markets exist in and around Cache Valley, Utah? Want to know when and where our local farmers' markets meet, and what companies offer CSA shares for regularly-provided baskets of fresh produce?

This exhibit goes over the benefits of alternative markets and highlights several local producers, suppliers, and markets to help you find the fresh food you crave.
