 The Island Market Community

The connection with the Logan community has included much more than groceries. The Island Market sponsored a Softball Team in the 1980s. They are pictured above in 1987 at the USSSA Men’s Class D Western Division Championship, part of a national tournament in California. The team included the Island Market owner at the time, Thomas Duce, located at the bottom right side of the photo.
