Cover to a Salt Lake Postcard Album

Salt Lake City is home to the biggest buzz in Utah.  Full of skyscrapers, businesses, Temple Square, the capitol building and much more, Salt Lake is the heart of Utah. Founded on July 24, 1847 (Now known as Pioneer Day for Utahns), by a company of Mormon pioneers, seeking a place to call their own. After many years of trial, the city soon began to "blossom as a rose". Due to traffic from the California Gold Rush, Salt Lake City became something of a crossroads for trading and the trek westward. In 1869 due to the completion of the First Transcontinental Railroad people began pouring into the city. Ever since the city has continued to flourish and grow into the business hub it is today.
