The Planning of Homecoming

From the beginning, the planning and execution of Homecoming has been a combined effort between the university, students, and the Alumni Association. Traditionally, a student Homecoming Committee took charge of everything from planning dances to inviting honored guests. Currently, Homecoming falls under the purview of the traditions director of the Utah State University Student Association (USUSA). The Alumni Association still takes an active role in Homecoming, including the selection of the grand marshal and notable alumni honorees, as well as the marketing directed towards alumni.
